Snake Employee of the Month - Familiar Folx Reptiles

Some of our family started the tradition of reviewing their cats every year for giggles. We loved the idea, but with this many snakes, doing an annual review was way too much all at once. So, we decided to instead have an Employee (Snake) of the Month, and introduce the snakes individually.

For the month of February, our Snake Employee of the Month is Cherri Bomb!

This little lady is going to be a breeder in the future, but right now she’s just a beauty who is growing up.

She is a banana redstripe batman and needs to put on some weight and learn to like the boys, but we think she is going to be a beautiful momma one day — just give us a year or so. In the meantime, just look at that face. She’s definitely up to something, but we don’t know what. We’ll be keeping an eye on her as we get to know all the snakes that came to us when we acquired Spartan Pythons.

January 2025 Employee of the Month

This is Alastor, one of Beatrix’s favorites (don’t tell the others) and our first employee of the month.

Alastor is a male leopard 100% clown ball python, bred right here at Spartan Pythons and named for the character on Hazbin Hotel. Elijah and Beatrix adopted Alastor months before they bought Spartan Pythons, so he was officially part of the welcoming committee.

He has been an excellent eater since coming home and enjoys exploring almost as much as time in his hide. His job this January was to welcome all the Spartan Pythons family to ours and start showing them around their new home.

**Alastor was not actually allowed to be our tour guide-he has an abysmal sense of direction and is easily distracted by food.**

Help Choose our next Employee of the Month.

Each month we will choose a different snake to be our Employee of the Month.

Don’t tell the snakes, but each of us has a favorite or two, or maybe many. So naming someone the Employee of the Month is an enormous task. You can help us by commenting on our Facebook page or Instagram telling us which snake is your favorite. At our YouTube channel, you can also see our snakes. Come to get to know our snake employees a little better and maybe choose a favorite there.
